A Church in Change by Helen Bergin & Susan Smith

New Zealand Catholics take their bearings' search and sift the tradition that has been passed on to us yet present the Church in ever new ways. Unfolding in these pages are experiences in, and of, the Church in Aotearoa New Zealand, mission arising from baptism and confirmation, diverse stories of life-long faith and genuine spiritualities. An underlying sense of belonging to a living tradition will be found by those who dip into the experiences of contributors. Motivated by desire and hope, they urge the Church we love deeply to realise and open the treasures of Catholicism to 21st-century seekers called to the multifaceted mystery and daily reality we call holiness. Readers will discover insights that resonate, encourage and challenge." - Kathleen Rushton RSM, Christchurch
