Borneo Challenge Java Joy by Philip and Beryl Boyd

Phil Budd, carrying only a light bag and his trusty Bible, joins his friend Woody in true New Zealand grit to blaze a trail deep into the Borneo jungle, hoping Beryl, his wife to be, would one day join him in reaching the Iban people for Jesus. There were no roads, electricity, or creature comforts, but crocodiles, snakes, river rapids, constant mosquitos and always the evil spirits, but faith won through.
