William Bagshawe: Apostle of the Peak by John M. Brentnall

William Bagshawe (1628–1702) was a prominent English Presbyterian and nonconformist minister popularly known as the "Apostle of the Peak". He earned this title for his tireless preaching and leadership of the Nonconformist movement across the Peak District in Derbyshire during a period of intense religious persecution.
